Tom and Tom were amazing! Super friendly and FAST. They were on time and did a fine job with no messes left behind. This was a last minute job and they were so happy to accommodate. I plan on using Benjamin Franklin for all my plumbing needs and will tell everyone I know to do the same!

I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing to unclog a drain that had backed up the night before. “Tenacious” Tom showed up shortly after I called the next morning and saved the day. He was professional, kind, courteous, upbeat and reassuring. He quoted me a fair price before he did any work and there were no add-ons or surprises. He walked me through the process, cleared the clog and then went above and beyond by cleaning up my garbage disposal connection and fixing the mount that had been improperly set before. What could have been a very stressful situation was made easy by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from the initial phone call all the way to the end of the service. Great customer service all around and my new go to for future plumbing needs.

Tom & Tom were great. Even though the toilet was difficult and time consuming, the attitudes remained professional. Tom kept me in the loop on what was wrong, what needed to be fixed/replaced, when the parts would be in and when he planned to be back to finish the job. Their vehicles were clean, they were considerate to our property and where they parked. I wasn’t charged anything until the job was completed. Our bathroom had just been cleaned the same day as they showed up for the job. The bathroom was just as clean when they were done with the job. They left it just like they found it. I will definitely recommend, refer and call when anyone I know needs a plumber. I’m in the real estate industry and it’s hard to find good vendors. I highly recommend both the employees and the company. Thanks again Tom. 😊

Great overall experience. Their tech Tom D. did an excellent job replacing our malfunctioning Silcock with some needed custom work and having to crawl a longer than usual distance under the house to get to it.

Absolutely love the efficiency these guys have, anytime Tom has been on the job I'm never left in question and everything is done to spec. Had them redo the plumbing for two washer dryer units shower and also install a gas line for a new stove all to perfection.
