Jim Farmer and the crew at BF have shown some great customer service regardless of where it turns into a service appointment or not. The gentlemen (JT) did a great job on the 3 drains he cleaned, cleaned the mess and was very professional. I do have an issue with the invoice total. I paid $659,00, I think it should have been $560, if my addition/subtraction is correct. Pls review invoice and let me know.
