Named Forbes' Top Ranked Plumbing Company of 2024!
Liberty is the historic seat of Liberty County, one of the oldest towns in Texas. It is set on the Trinity River with a gracious downtown, established neighborhoods, and surrounding farmland. Its blend of history, older homes, and rural acreage gives Liberty a varied plumbing profile, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® of Baytown and Dayton serves all of it.
On time, every time: if there's any delay, it's you we pay.
Every Liberty home has access to our full range of plumbing services. The menu is the same across our entire Baytown and Dayton service area, and each service links to the national brand page with full details:
As one of Texas' oldest towns, Liberty has its share of older homes that may carry aging galvanized, cast-iron, or even lead-era lines. This makes repiping, drain replacement, and lead service line replacement common and worthwhile under current federal lead-pipe rules. The area's water is hard, so softeners and filtration help, and the expansive clay soil shifts slab foundations and the pipes within them, making slab leaks frequent.
Liberty's setting on the Trinity River brings flood risk in heavy rain, so backwater valves and drainage matter. Rural properties around town often rely on private wells and septic, with iron or sulfur common in the groundwater. The mix of historic, mid-century, and newer homes means we work across a wide range of systems, and the occasional hard freeze can threaten exposed pipes.

Liberty's older town homes and surrounding country properties fit our full range. We offer repiping and lead service line replacement, slab leak detection, softeners, and well and septic service. Our stocked trucks resolve most calls on the first visit, with care for an older home and up-front pricing.
Liberty's historic and rural homes alike reward attention. In older homes, watch for the rusty water and low pressure that signal aging galvanized or lead-era pipe; on wells, keep treatment maintained. Before storm season, check drainage near the Trinity River. Before winter, insulate exposed pipes against the occasional hard freeze.

We had Christian from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing service come out to fix a leak in our home. He was patient, explained the procedure thoroughly, on time, and cleaned up the mess. We were pleased with his work.

Love the updates! Everything works perfectly!. The family is so thankful for the new complete water pipes lines, the new waterless tank, the toilet tank repair and most of all the new tub and tiles! The sink doesn’t backup anymore and the water taste so so much better! The metal taste is gone! The toilets don’t flush themselves anymore and the rattling of the pipes doesn’t exist anymore! Their master plumber is awesome; he’s worth every penny spent and more! Gerald, Ryan and team did beyond our family expectations! 5 stars

José was very knowledgeable. He verified that the low flow problem with my old faucet was due to the faucet and not in the house plumbing before installing the new faucet that we had bought a couple of days earlier. My wife and I preferred the design of the new faucet, and José eliminated our worry that the new faucet might not fix the low flow problem. The new faucet is leak free and works great.

Christian our house to diagnose an issue. The water department called and said we were losing 1 gallon per minute of water, continuous use. Christian Came twice with one service charge. He discovered That we had two toilets that were each causing continuous usage. Together, the two toilets were equaling A loss of 1 gallon a minute! For a fair price He fixed both toilets And eliminated the issue. He was polite, caring, honest and prompt!

Johnathan has been outstanding so far as still have final phase to go. He grasped concept of what we wanted and helped bring it into reality. Johnathan has communicated well and made sure we understood each step as work has progressed. Also kudos to Zach and Tony for their hard work in getting it done! In a follow up review Johnathan met to check on work done so we could move on to Step 2. Details were discussed, and we are moving to the next phase. Thanks to Johnathan for continuing to work with us and guide our project successfully. Very satisfied to date.

Yes. Some older Liberty homes have galvanized, cast-iron, or lead-era lines. We locate, test where appropriate, and repipe or replace them under current federal lead-pipe rules, with care for an older home.
Expansive clay soil shifts and stresses the pipes inside your slab. We pinpoint slab leaks with non-destructive detection before recommending a repair.
Yes. Many properties outside town are on private wells and septic; we service well pumps, pressure tanks, treatment, and septic-aware drains.
Often, yes. The water is hard and can scale water heaters and fixtures; a softener protects them. We test and size it.
Yes, around the clock, every day, with the On-Time Guarantee and no after-hours fees.
