Plumbing issues are never one-size-fits-all, especially in Springtown, where homes range from older ranch-style builds to modern custom construction. That’s why we tailor every solution, whether we’re unclogging a drain, installing a new tankless water heater, or inspecting your whole system for leaks and weaknesses.
Our team of highly skilled plumbers is here to offer a comprehensive range of plumbing services, including:
No hot water? Inconsistent temperature? Springtown’s changing seasons can wear down even the best units. Our team repairs and installs both traditional tank systems and modern tankless water heaters with energy efficiency and long-term performance in mind.
Slow drains may be more than hair or grease buildup—they could be early signs of a major blockage. Don’t wait for a full backup. Our Springtown drain cleaning services are fast, thorough, and safe for your pipes.
A small drip can become a major disaster if ignored. Our leak detection tools and expert eyes track down hidden pipe issues and solve them before drywall and flooring pay the price.
Updating your kitchen or bathroom in Springtown? We install faucets, sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers with precision and design alignment. We even help you choose the right options to match your vision.
Tree roots, shifting soil, and years of wear can compromise your sewer system. Our trenchless repair methods save your landscaping while restoring your system quickly and permanently.
Springtown's water quality varies by well depth and municipal source. Whether you’re dealing with hard water or strange smells, we offer full-home water filtration and softening systems tailored to local water conditions.
Springtown’s combination of rural terrain, shifting clay soil, and aging infrastructure presents unique challenges for homeowners. Water pressure can fluctuate, older pipes may rust or leak, and hard water often leaves deposits that reduce appliance lifespan.
Having served the Springtown community for years, we’ve seen it all and fixed it all. We know which neighborhoods are prone to slab leaks, what time of year tree roots strike hardest, and how to build plumbing systems that last despite the North Texas weather.
From the historic town square to the peaceful outskirts, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is committed to delivering plumbing services that reflect the values of Springtown itself—hard work, honesty, and respect.
We live and work in this community, and every job is personal. Whether it's helping restore water after a winter freeze or updating systems in growing neighborhoods, we're here with solutions you can count on.

Wow! We haven’t experienced such a dedicated professional with a work ethic and commitment of doing a job beyond well in a long long time! Chris Bonnell is superb and exceptional! He communicated clearly what the cause of our sink clog was, (which was way more than a sink clog), and shared what he was doing to fix the problem every step of the way! Personable, respectful and just an awesome professional! We had a great experience!

I work for a management company in St Augustine. Saturday around 4-5 pm we had an issue at one of our properties. Our normal local vendor was not available. I contacted no less than 8 plumbers who say they have emergency service and none would come out. I couldn’t believe that as again it was still fairly early, it wasn’t like it was 1 am. The next on the google list was Benjamin Franklin plumbing. The person who answered was friendly and very helpful. They worked with their dispatch to make sure someone would be out. They explained it would not be for a few hours but someone would be out. I got a call around 8:30 from Chris the tech who would be coming. He told me he was on his way and what time he would be there. Chris arrived right when he said he would. I must say Chris was fantastic. This is an older property in the heart of downtown, so things were not easy. Chris worked through everything and resolved the issue. I can’t say enough great things about Chris and the entire experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From now on, they will be my first call when I need a plumbing vendor.

First of all, Steve was the individual that performed all work. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (BFP) does not have him in the selection of individuals that work for BFP. Steve did a fantastic job, I learn things about the fuctions of my shower valves that I did not know. He answered all question to my satisfaction. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I'm calling BFP and Steve. Thanks for the fantastic job!

Ray was honest and up-front about the work. We had an older tankless water heater and after going through some checks, he recommended that our unit was working fine and we did not need to do the service that was originally requested. He saved us a few bucks but I was more impressed that he did not push for a sale when one was not needed.
To keep your water heater running smoothly in Justin, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water. Check the pressure relief valve, inspect for rust or leaks, and make sure the thermostat is set to a safe temperature (usually around 120°F). Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your unit and keeps your hot water flowing efficiently. For peace of mind, consider scheduling a professional inspection with a local plumber.
If your water pressure suddenly drops or only affects certain fixtures in your Justin home, it could be a sign of a clogged pipe, leak, or a problem with your water supply. Try cleaning faucet aerators first, but if the issue persists, it’s best to call a licensed plumber in Justin to diagnose and fix the problem before it gets worse.
We are available 24/7 to take your call for emergencies. Our appointment hours are listed above.
