We had an amazing experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! We had a bit of an emergency (I'll spare details, was gross) and needed someone out quick to resolve. They came same day and were able to determine pipework hadn't been connected properly during recent work we had done. I'm really glad we found them! We had Benjamin Franklin in town Atlanta come out to our home in Morningside, because we were concerned about our hard water. Our faucets and fixtures were starting to show signs of age. They tested our water, explained everything fully and recommended a whole house, filtration system, and softening system. They gave us a couple of options and we went with the Whole home and softening system. There was no pressure, just honest explanation of my options. Their technician Craig was the best.
Chase was exceptional!! Jared was so helpful as well!! This company came out to check our heating and cooling systems, clean our hot water heater, and patiently answered a bunch of our plumbing and duct-cleaning questions. As owners of an aging home, we truly trust them and deeply value their expert opinions on what updates we need. The level of professionalism cannot be surpassed! From wearing booties so they don’t drag dirt into the house to sending texts with pictures of the technicians before they arrive, every detail made us feel safe and cared for.
