I made a call to BF after I discovered our washing machine was leaking water onto the floor. Yikes! Repairman Gustavo Rocha arrived within an hour and a half. He diagnosed the issue which was a huge clog in drain under our kitchen sink. He gave us a price which was very reasonable, so we opted to have him fix. He immediately went to work removing the clog. He was very respectful of our home, putting down tarp under the space he was working, etc, and even removed (and put back) all the stuff under the kitchen sink! Gustavo was very pleasant to chat with as he worked on our project. We would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing when you encounter plumbing issues!
Joe was excellent. Quite a wide range of experience. He will send us a proposal to fix an ongoing problem that stumped other plumbers.
No one's perfect, plus my issue was not taken care of. So I didn't give five stars. However Andrew and Benjamin Franklin did a wonderful job of checking all the various places under the kitchen sink, the plumbing. Incluing down in the crawl space. Discussex the options with me.Did not try scare tactics or forcing any issues / work to be done. Explained various options available. Very much appreciate them, good job!
Came to my house on time. Reviewed the area then installed the full house water shut off documentation and equipment while chaos rained around him. He was personable kind patient and explained everything as he was worked.

Phenix City 30psi waterpressure is a joke. This company gave me what I needed for clean clothes and dishes. They are always available to answer any questions before, during, and after service. The service, professionalism, and knowledge keeps this company in my contact list for plumbing concerns. Seth and Cody are great!
I called Benjamin Franklin to help me find where a leak in my bathroom sink was coming from. I am well-versed in fixing things like this on my own, but this one had me stumped. Alex came out and was very helpful in diagnosing that there's a small hairline crack in my sink which I had missed. He was on time, and both he and the scheduling team made the whole process super easy. Will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.
Francisco and Joe did an amazing job. As a new home owner I was a bit overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done. Francisco went above and beyond for us. My outdoor spigot/hose connection was leaking. I didn't know if the problem was in the spigot or the hose. The serviceman Daniel realized the spigot was fine but the hose wasn't threaded on correctly and the hose was faulty. I gave him another hose to try and he got it to work without leaks. He also showed what to do to prepare for winter so there is no damage due to frozen water in the pipes. He only charged me for the service call. He arrived late because an earlier call took him longer than expected, but I still was able to get same day service, for which I am thankful. Now I can water my garden again.
Benjamin Franklin was very responsive and professional. Brad made it a priority to come checkout my leaking hot water tank within a few hour and he was awesome.. I would highly recommend them
