Justin came to our house to give an estimate for a water softener, and found that the copper in the basement was shot. Justin was very detailed in what needed to be done. As he was getting ready to go, my husband came home. Justin sat down and explained everything he needed to do to him. Justin was very professional, and you could tell he was very genuine. My husband hired him and we couldn't be more pleased. It's not everyday that you get a person who is willing to not only show up, but is knowledgeable in their job and goes the extra mile to make sure that you understand everything he said, plus, to stay and repeat everything again to another person. This is the second time we have used this company and has Adam as out service tech. Adam is very knowledgeable and very nice. This issue with my water heater was covered under a warranty but he informed me of a problem with my water that will keep causing issues. I will use them again to fix that issue.
Called and they had someone there within an hour. Found the pipe leak and quoted me a price right away. Had to have all new water pipes installed. They house is very old and the piping that was there is not made anymore. They were very prompt and had it all done very quickly and were very professional about the whole job. Would definitely recommend them!
If you’re raising kids in Atlanta, you know the drill… school drop-offs, work, practices, games and basically living in the car 😂 So when our water bill suddenly got REALLY high, we needed someone out fast. The guys at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta were on it. Found the issue quickly, had everything on the truck and fixed it right there. Huge relief! We also learned way more about our plumbing system than we expected. We never go in the crawlspace and had no idea how much was going on down there 😳 Great guys, great company. We’ll definitely use them again… probably sooner than we thought!
