Jeff was absolutely amazing. He was supportive, definitely caring about what I was dealing with, and very helpful in resolving a problem that I didn’t really have. I was concerned about another repair for my swamp cooler. Jeff was very helpful and explained to me that I needed more open windows to provide an exit for the hot air in the house. After quite a bit of discussion, he went up on the roof to look at the cooler and when he came back down he explained that it did not need any repairs. It’s rare nowadays to get great customer service. I certainly had outstanding service yesterday. I trust Benjamin Franklin will always do the right thing for their customers. I am so glad I signed up for a membership.
Were there within a hour - ended up needing two sump pump replacements and they were very efficient. Work was completed within about an hour of them being there. Very great job!

Ben was terrific! He replaced the well pump, the water heater and expansion tank in one day and described everything in detail. I was so impressed that I've asked him to come back and do a couple of other plumbing issues I have. I've signed up on the membership program and look forward to working with him in the future. My garbage disposal was not working. The technician was able to crank the unit when the restart button failed. He gave me some tips on cleaning my disposal to help it work better and keep odors to a. minimum.
Casey did a fantastic job working on my home. Instead of assuming a worse case scenario he did his best each time starting with the easiest solution. He finally got the line cleared. Also he recommended a long term solution but was not insisting or pushing for it to be done, just a recommendation.
