Adairville is a small, historic town in Logan County, Kentucky, just across the state line north of the Tennessee border, set among the rolling farmland of the Pennyrile region. Small towns deserve the same prompt, professional plumbing as any city, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® of Clarksville is proud to serve Adairville and its neighbors.
We carry one of the most trusted names in American plumbing, a brand named Forbes' Top Ranked Plumbing Company of 2024, but the people answering your call are your neighbors. We're The Punctual Plumber, and we back it with a promise no ordinary plumber makes: if we're not on time, we pay you $5 a minute, up to $300.
Every Adairville home has access to our full range of plumbing services. The menu is the same across our entire Middle Tennessee service area, and each service links to the national brand page with full details:
Around-the-clock emergency service dispatched for Adairville homeowners facing frozen or burst pipes, sewer or septic backups, water heater failures, or no-water situations. We are available day or night, weekends and holidays, with no after-hours fees.
Expert diagnosis and repair of leaks, fixtures, and supply problems, backed by professional inspection and diagnosis. Our plumbers are trained to resolve up to 90% of issues on the first visit.
Water softeners and filtration for the hard water common across Middle Tennessee's limestone country. We help protect water heaters, fixtures, and appliances from scale, and treat the well water many rural homes rely on for hardness, iron, and sulfur.
Septic service and water pump and pressure-tank work for the many rural homes on private wells and septic, essential in karst country where proper systems protect groundwater.
Water heater repair, replacement, and installation, including tankless systems, with the annual flushing hard water demands to clear sediment and scale.
Gas line installation and repair for water heaters, furnaces, ranges, outdoor grills, and fire pits, installed and tested safely by licensed professionals.
Drain cleaning and hydro jetting with camera inspection, clearing grease, scale, and the tree roots that reach into older lines.
Sewer line repair and sewer line replacement and installation for root intrusion, aging laterals, and lines stressed by the region's shifting karst ground.
Pipe repair and whole-home repiping for aging galvanized and cast-iron systems, plus water service line and frozen pipe repair.
We offer non-destructive leak detection and slab leak repair, finding hidden leaks in walls, under slabs, and in buried lines before they cause damage.
Sump and water pump service, outdoor plumbing, and faucet, toilet, shower, bathtub, and garbage disposal repair and installation.
Commercial plumbing service for the offices, restaurants, retail, and businesses across Clarksville, Nashville, and Middle Tennessee.
Adairville's rural, small-town setting means many homes rely on private groundwater wells and septic systems rather than municipal utilities. Well-pump service, dedicated septic work, and water treatment are core local needs. The well water here is often hard, sometimes with iron or sulfur, making softeners and filtration among the most valuable upgrades a homeowner can make. Older farmhouses and town homes may carry aging galvanized pipe worth repiping.
Like all of this limestone country straddling the Kentucky-Tennessee line. Adairville sits in karst terrain where groundwater moves fast through fractured rock and sinkholes, making proper septic and well testing especially important and occasionally stressing buried lines. Winters bring hard freezes that threaten exposed pipes in crawlspaces and on rural properties. The area's farms and small businesses rely on dependable service far from the nearest big-city plumber.
Adairville's country homes get our full range: well-pump and treatment service, dedicated septic work, frozen-pipe protection, and repiping for older homes. Our stocked trucks finish most jobs in one trip, which matters this far out.
If we're not on time, we pay you $5 for every minute we're late, up to 60 minutes or $300. See our guarantees.
You approve every price before any work begins, no meter running, no surprises, and a free water quality test with any service call.
We stand behind our materials, labor, and craftsmanship, and Middle Tennessee homeowners rate us 4.9 stars across thousands of reviews.
We answer the phone around the clock, every day of the year, with no after-hours fees, vital during a frozen pipe, a septic backup, or a burst line.
Background-checked, drug-tested professionals, licensed in Tennessee, with liability coverage and workers' compensation.
5% off repairs for seniors, teachers, first responders, and active or inactive military, plus club-member service-fee savings. Ask about current terms.
Based right here in Clarksville and serving Adairville, supported by a brand named Forbes' Top Ranked Plumbing Company of 2024.
Adairville's rural setting rewards routine. If you're on a well, test your water and keep treatment and the pump maintained. If you're on septic, mind what enters the system and keep it serviced. Before winter, insulate exposed and long pipe runs and disconnect hoses. Flush the water heater yearly for the hard water.

Made appointment to pinpoint leak in shower head. Turned out it was the valve which needed replacing. Hugo was great. Ordered it and returned the following day to install. He also shared information about flushing out our tankless water heaters and addressing excessive pressure coming into the house. We are checking with the builder before we schedule those additional jobs to see if there is any warranty on our home.
Mark Katzman
Hugo came on time. Fixed problem.

Angi recommended Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with a 5-star rating. Repairman, Wilson did a great job. We had a leak in a waterline in the front yard. Excellent service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked in a timely manner. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work site and did a safety inspection. I would definitely recommend this company and Wilson 😃

★★★★★ Exceptional service from Ethan and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Lisbon! I called just before closing and they had someone out to my home first thing the next morning. Ethan was fantastic - very polite, professional, and efficient. Pricing was very upfront before any service was provided, so there were no surprises. The job was completed within an hour! Exceptional customer service from start to finish - I also spoke to the office manager and everybody was very polite. It’s GREAT to have and know this company is serving the North Country! Thank you! Highly recommend!

We were very blessed to have such an expert as Mike come to our house to troubleshoot our hot water heater. The man is a consummate professional, has decades of experience, knew exactly what he was doing, did what he needed to do, and we couldn't be more pleased to have had this absolute expert come to evaluate our water heater. As soon as we met him, we knew we were in good hands. He'll be back in 2 days to replace the hot water heater. Thank you so much!

Great! Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable. Came out an hour after I called and got my water line fixed up. He also let me know how to protect it from future problems. I'm a happy customer
Justin Faulkner
Great communication when trying to schedule and when in route. Answered my questions and explained options before starting. Completed the work, verified it was fixed and cleaned the area when he was done. (Kitchen sink clog - more than 25’ from the sink)
William Whitehouse
Justin did a great job unclogging my kitchen sink. I tried to do it myself and evidently it went up the vent at the T instead of going down into the clog. Hopefully it will not clogged again but if it does and I can't get it I will be calling again. This is the 2nd time I've used Ben Franklin Plumbing and am happy the the fast response and courtesy of the plumbers. I recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to anyone I know needing a plumber.

Yes. Adairville sits just across the state line from our Tennessee base, and we serve it and the surrounding Logan County area with the full range of plumbing service.
Many are. We service well pumps, pressure tanks, dedicated septic systems, and treatment for the hard, sometimes iron- or sulfur-bearing well water common here.
Groundwater moves fast through the fractured limestone here, so a properly functioning septic system and well testing protect your water. We service and advise.
If it has corroding galvanized pipe, repiping is a lasting fix. We inspect for rusty water, low pressure, and recurring leaks and recommend honestly.
Yes. Our emergency plumbers answer 24/7, every day, with the On-Time Guarantee.
