Named Forbes' Top Ranked Plumbing Company of 2024!
Kenner is the largest city in Jefferson Parish. It’s a community near Louis Armstrong International Airport and Lake Pontchartrain, with established neighborhoods, newer subdivisions, and a busy commercial and industrial base. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® of New Orleans serves Kenner's homes and businesses on time, every time.
On time, every time: if there's any delay, it's you we pay.
Every Kenner home has access to our full range of plumbing services. The menu is the same across our entire greater New Orleans service area, and each service links to the national brand page with full details:
Kenner is served by Mississippi River surface water, moderately hard, with softeners available, but its plumbing concerns lean toward the structural and flood-related. Built largely on slab foundations on low, flat, settling ground near the lake, Kenner homes are prone to slab leaks and shifting sewer and water lines. That makes slab leak detection and sewer line repair common calls.
The low elevation and proximity to Lake Pontchartrain heighten flooding risk, so backwater valves, drainage, and storm readiness matter. Older homes may also need repiping of aging galvanized lines. Kenner's commercial corridors and the airport area depend on dependable commercial plumbing, and the occasional hard freeze can still burst exposed pipes.

Kenner's slab homes on low, settling ground near the lake play to our strengths: slab leak detection, sewer line repair, flood protection, and water heaters, plus commercial plumbing for the airport area and business corridors. Our stocked trucks resolve most calls on the first visit.
Kenner's low, lakeside setting makes storm readiness key. Before hurricane season, have your backwater valve and drainage checked to prevent sewer backups. Watch year-round for slab leaks as the soil settles. Protect exposed pipes during the occasional winter freeze.

Tanner was neat and very knowledgeable. He flushed the water heater, checked all toilets and sinks. We told him about a toilet issue and he was able to fix it while here saving us a fee. A very good company for your plumbing needs.

We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing for years. They are always prompt and professional. We had an issue with our water heater that they installed two years ago. When they arrived, we discovered it was only batteries that needed to be replaced on the water overflow sensor. They replaced the batteries (I now know to do it yearly) and didn't charge me for the service call. You don't get this type of service any more from most companies that provide home services. I highly recommend using Ben Franklin for all your plumbing needs.

They were very good at keeping and respecting my property's landscaping. I was very pleased with the whole process of the project they did.

Eric is very knowledgeable and gave me preventative tips. He gave me a few suggestions and quotes to help maintain a working plumbing system. Eric is a very nice person and a valued employee. Should I have any future issues (I hope not) I would like to request Eric to assist. Thank you, Norma Lang
