After finding that my father had installed a gas water heater incorrectly earlier today, we had Travis out to take a look at it. Thankful that The CO2 that was leaking in the house hasn’t killed them. Travis was courteous and great to work with. Let you know how the install goes tomorrow of the new water heater. Jarod was very kind and professional, turns out my gas wasn't on and thats why my water heater wasn't working, which we figured out after he got here. The fee for just coming out here was quite steep, which might be something for the company to consider changing but otherwise good experience.
Our tech was great! Very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge with me. Nick was personable and friendly and even though the issue was not resolved on first attempt, he let us know what the next step or steps would be and did not pressure us into an immediate answer as what we plan to do next. Only problem was l thought the price for not resolving the issue was too high, although his superior was able to give us a bit of a break.
Randy did a great job unclogging my sewer drain he was helpful and showed me on camera where the issue was. He also gave good advice on what no to use to avoid another issue he was honest and helped me clean up the mess as well. Highly recommend Randy!!!

Oakly was a phenomenal technician. Explained everything upfront, no hidden fees. Very detailed in his work. It's never good when you need a service call but we couldn't have asked for better service. This company is supportive of Veterans and First Responders which we appreciate.
