Best drain cleaning in Roseville. We had a slow drains in our kitchen and bathroom, so we booked drain cleaning in Roseville. The plumber used a camera to show what was blocking the pipe and cleaned it completely. I appreciate how transparent and professional they were. Definitely my go-to plumber in Roseville from now on.

Wayne (our tech) was amazing, as always. He's professional, polite & extremely knowledgeable; it's why I always request him. He's always been honest with me, and is the main reason I stay with Benjamin Franklin The above sounds like my previous posts, but that's because Wayne is outstanding. However, what previous posts don't say is that Wayne is thorough and always provides options, so you're able to pick the 1 that fits your plan (& budget). It's for that reason that he's earned my trust, and I wait to get on his schedule Don't get me wrong, Ben Franklin is a great company, but it's the people, relationships & trust that make it awesome. It's also why I recommend them (& Wayne) to my friends & family

KAMAKANI Was very friendly and courteous did a great job for me. He was very personable and made sure that the job was done right so that I wouldn’t have to call him back. Advised me that if there was another problem with it how I could fix it myself or call him and he would come back and fix it. You don’t get better service than that. Bob Williams

I called today, Black Friday in the afternoon for a drain clearing. Dusty came out in about an hour and snaked my tub that was backing up when I used my bathroom sinks. He had the problem solved Pronto. He was my miracle today. So professional, cleaned up all the black gross 🤮 mess in the tub. It was sparkling and easy . I have had Dusty out a couple of other time for this problem, he is delightful. Thank you Dusty and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Marvelous

Scheduling was easy. I appreciated the text updates and confirmation options. The staff member on the phone was kind and attentive to my potential needs/concerns. The tech, Mike Palmeri, was personable and knowledgeable. He was great with the dogs and answered my young son’s million questions while working on the drain. The clog in my kitchen sink was fixed and we are grateful!

Our water heater went belly up. After three different plumbers failing to return calls and total unprofessionalism. We called Benjamin Franklin. They did not disappoint. Had someone to our home same day. The guy had the old water heater out and new one in quickly. Ryder Hewitt was awesome. Came right in and went right to work. Serviceman was personable, on time , and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed my toilets’ problem immediately. I’m thankful he had all the parts he needed in his truck. Gerald was awsome but he had to change the price that I agreed on. It wasn't his fault, he tried to help us safe money. I was disappointed with the price that he was told for the job. I agreed because I liked his personality and I felt he was honest compared to the others. I had to get the job done asap 😩. I am tight with money but it is what it is. 🤷.

Technicians were very friendly and professional. I really liked that they called before the appointment time to know let me know exactly how long until they would arrive, and sent a text message with the names of the Technicians and their pictures. Also, once they arrived they walked me through what they were going to be doing and answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot.

Jeff was very insightful and a pleasure to have service our plumbing issues. He successfully cleared a clog in our basement drain and diagnosed a plumbing leak. Highly recommend!
