Brandon arrived on time, responded quickly, and handled the work with professionalism, friendliness, and care. What stood out most was the speed and convenience of the service. Brandon assessed the leakage damage, cleaned the spout, scraped away the old caulk, reinstalled the area, and sealed it properly for waterproofing. Keith came promptly, worked quickly but we paid $709 for a water shutoff, and a small piece of PVC pipe under our sink that took 40 minutes to do. $210 of that was because it was an emergency visit.
