I’m a new customer. I need a tankless heater in a crawl space. Team responded to assess and bid in one day. They took the time to listen to my wants rather than just rush into proposal process to address my needs. Big difference. I got a fair estimate. And they promised a quick start if I accept. That’s service.

This company was professional from start to finish. They explained everything on my first call with regard to pricing and what to expect. They put me on the "on call" schedule for a lower price to come out and called before they arrived. Mike went over pricing for the job and then addressed and fixed all of our issues. He was neat and left everything clean. I will definitely use them again.

Once again, i am blown away by how fast, efficient, responsive, and honest Ke is! I had another plumbing issue come up, and after having Ke last time, i really trusted her and felt comfortable with her being my technician. She got the job done in less than an hour and she did such a good job! I’ve had 5 different plumbers come out to my house for various reasons for the past year and a half (from all different companies), and she is hands down the best one!!

Techs were great! Explained my problem with my system. Explained my repair/replace options and the long term effects to each option. They were prompt and thorough in getting started and cleand up after the job was complete. All precautions were taken to protect things in my house and my floors. They were all very pleasant and courteous and took pride in their job. The techs were Taylor, Mark and John. Also Matt he was helpful and very knowledgable to all areas of the job. The experience was great!

Joe was absolutely amazing! He went into much detail on explaining what he was doing and what the problem was. He also explained how the problem accrued. He gave us long term solutions on how to fix our main issues so the same thing doesn’t continue to happen. I appreciated him so much! The company was also very easy to work with and quick with responses!

I am having a serious issue with the water department claiming I am using 20,000 gallons of water in a month as one person living in my home. The technician, William , was very attentive and listened carefully and is attempting to help me find the issue. Their attention and attitude has been helpful. And their photos and notes will be great assistance in court if necessary. Thanks !!

I was very pleased with the professionalism of my Technician Rick Walsh. He was friendly and very clean . He installed a toilet and snaked a drain for me. It was a very pleasant experience. And I would recommend this business!

We had an emergency laundry sink issue. Nate from Ben Franklin plumbing came, right on time, and worked his magic! He arrived here by 8 a.m., evaluated the issue, gave us options and got to work immediately on the plan we chose. He worked for about 2 hours and had it all fixed to our satisfaction. Nate even waited while we ran a speed wash cycle to make sure the problem was solved. That is dedication and excellent customer service. That is very rare these days. My husband and I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing.

I asked the office if the tech could try to come at the earliest part of the window due to an appointment later in the afternoon. They said they would inform him. Jordan arrived early and completed the service very quickly. He also tightened a faucet for me, so I expect a bill for that service outside of the annual check. Well done all around.
