We had our master bathroom serviced by Tom and Josh at Ben Franklin. We had been dealing with draining issues for a few days and had also noticed a leak from our shower. Both were very professional and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. Prices were also fair. Would 100% recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

Iris & Neil came and surveyed our site. They were very quick and provided an excellent overview of what would be done to install a tankless heating system in our home's attic. They were very knowledgeable and professional. We were very impressed, and will give their explanations allot of consideration when we are ready to go ahead with the project.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is very impressive. The technician, Dakota, was very knowledgeable and straightforward. They were punctual and communicative. I have interacted with several other companies in scoping out a major plumbing project and they are by far the best (especially Dakotah). I highly recommend them and plan to do business with them in the future.

Had a water pressure issue, previously diagnosed. Benjamin Franklin confirmed the issue and had it fixed for cheaper and quicker than another local competitor. Also fixed an issue with a cartridge in my master shower fixture. Great service, highly recommend.

They did a great job! Very good communication and even did a free inspection to make sure everything was okay with all plumbing. Had my septic tank cleaned out and technician did a great job. Even went extra mile to put the dirt back free of charge. Thanks guys!! Highly recommend for any and all plumbing needs.

I am very impressed with how quickly this was taken care of - and it was a weekend! Everyone I spoke to, or texted, was professional and very helpful. Logan did an amazing job advising me and installing my new water heater. I am very pleased.

Rhodes was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Explained everything along the way. At first, I thought my quoted price to replace two bad valves and to remove the old kitchen sink and install the new one I purchased was high...that was until I watched Rhodes removing the old sink, which didn't want to come out. After carefully cutting the sink loose from the liquid nails that held it in place, he still had to custom cut the counter to fit the new sink, all with tools I don't own. I surely would have screwed things up for what I anticipated to be an easy job, but the price I paid Benjaminn Franklin Plumbing was worth every penny to save me the aggravation I surely would have experienced doing it myself. A job done well is a job well done.

Daniel & Dave found a leak originating from my 25 year old water heater. Provided a bid at a fair price and installed it in about 2.5 hours. They did great job and I am very pleased with their workmanship. Thank you Daniel & David!

We had a low water pressure issue and Dwayne took literally hours going through the diagnostic process. He was fantastic and an extremely nice guy. Benjamin Franklin even sent another plumber to assist Dwayne in diagnosing a very challenging issue. The cost was very, very reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Good honest hard working people.
