Great company, very professional. This is a 2nd home so we were not there during the work, but Poncho updated me daily with pictures and video. He kept the project on budget even after a major change during discovery excavating of the sewer line. Very clean put up plastic to prevent dust from getting throughout the house. Removed and put back the original flooring... when they were done it looked like they were never there.

Dewayne was here earlier than expected! Checked everything and was finished in less than one hour. We have used BF since we moved here 2 years ago for a number of plumbing needs. Dewayne is super friendly and professional. BF is very reasonable price wise and the guys are very friendly and respectful! Thank you, Benjamin Franklin for running an outstanding business!

David G did an amazing job. Came in and fixed all issues within an hour as well as showed me the before and after, which is rare for repairs. Would definitely ask for him by name for any future work!!!

Dayron came out to perform an annual inspection and informed us that our hot water heater needed replacing. He also took a look at our guest toilet, which was unsteady at the base. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about our plumbing needs.He worked efficiently (minimizing the time our water needed to be off), all of his work was very neat, and he cleaned up after himself. He made sure we received all the discounts we qualified for and was very informative throughout the process. We will be using Ben Franklin again and thank you Dayron!

The technician, Anthony, visited my home twice. His first visit was to make good a prior call by another technician. His second visit was to install a new toilet. I am going to say that I highly recommend Anthony. I believe if you have a particular problem other than a routine plumbing call, Anthony is your guy. He is knowledgeable and willing to talk me through everything he was doing and why. I felt confident that my issues were resolved and if I have another problem, I will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin and ask for Anthony. He is friendly, professional and made good on a previously not so satisfactory experience. Totally recommend and make sure you ask for Anthony and wait until he’s available!

Myles and his assistant from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a great job installing two water heaters at our house the other day. He explained everything in detail before, during and after the job. The water heaters were a bid pricey but the installation was great Especially considering that they came out on a Sunday in the bitter cold to get the job done. Can highly recommend them.
