He also noticed some quirks in the plumbing in our 85 year old house (which also explained a water pressure issue we’d been having), letting us know what could be done to address it (& how much it might cost), should we choose to do something about.

I have known and worked with John for many years. Recently, we had a major leak involving a failed water heater. John replaced it and also arranged and coordinated removal of water damaged drywall as well its replacement prior to installation of the new water heater.
