Family of 5 with three daughters, so our water gets a serious workout 😂. We had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta come out to look at our home and help us understand where we could make things more efficient. They gave us some really useful advice, especially around improving our water quality and a few things we’d never even thought about. Friendly, knowledgeable and zero pressure. Really glad we found these guys. We’ll definitely be using them when we’re ready to make some upgrades!

We had an amazing experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! We had a bit of an emergency (I'll spare details, was gross) and needed someone out quick to resolve. They came same day and were able to determine pipework hadn't been connected properly during recent work we had done. I'm really glad we found them! Local team, quick to respond, and took great care in our home. Would definitely recommend them!

We had Benjamin Franklin in town Atlanta come out to our home in Morningside, because we were concerned about our hard water. Our faucets and fixtures were starting to show signs of age. They tested our water, explained everything fully and recommended a whole house, filtration system, and softening system. They gave us a couple of options and we went with the Whole home and softening system. There was no pressure, just honest explanation of my options. Their technician Craig was the best.

Keith came promptly, worked quickly but we paid $709 for a water shutoff, and a small piece of PVC pipe under our sink that took 40 minutes to do. $210 of that was because it was an emergency visit.

Chase was exceptional!! Jared was so helpful as well!! This company came out to check our heating and cooling systems, clean our hot water heater, and patiently answered a bunch of our plumbing and duct-cleaning questions. As owners of an aging home, we truly trust them and deeply value their expert opinions on what updates we need. The level of professionalism cannot be surpassed! From wearing booties so they don’t drag dirt into the house to sending texts with pictures of the technicians before they arrive, every detail made us feel safe and cared for. We trust them completely with our home, will definitely continue doing business with them, and are already recommending them to all our friends. They are simply the best in the area!

Needed emergency drain unclog- they were so professional when I called! Got someone here in less than an hour! And no crazy “emergency” charge! The plumber was a great guy! Again, professional and courteous! Brynt was very knowledgeable and efficient- fixed us right up! Company vehicle nice and clean, uniforms nice- hope we never need again- who wants plumbing issues?-but if we do, you can bet we will call them again for sure!!!

Jason Eckert diagnosed my plumbing leak issue quickly and explained the fix needed, provided an estimate, and quickly completed the job. Good communication, and all around pleasant to deal with. Thanks!

Scott was awesome! Timely, efficient, communicative, & very helpful. He unclogged our bathroom drains and did a great job.
