Howard was knowledgeable and prompt. They charged nothing for the visit and my estimate- and they were the fastest response I got with their online booking tool. So all good there. The estimate/quote seemed a little high, but if you want fast and reliable- these guys are great!

So grateful we found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I noticed a leak under our kitchen sink Friday night, and I called multiple companies who said the earliest they could look at it was Monday. I finally called Benjamin Franklin and they were able to get me an appointment the following morning.
