Every Pooler home has access to our full range of plumbing services. The menu is the same across our entire Savannah metro service area, and each service links to the national brand page with full details:
Pooler's water comes from the City of Pooler, which draws on the Floridan Aquifer and supplements with treated surface water purchased from the City of Savannah. The water is moderately hard and mineral-heavy, which makes softeners and filtration popular, especially to address scale and the sulfur or iron that aquifer water can carry. The city's housing is overwhelmingly new construction, built on concrete slabs with modern piping and, increasingly, tankless water heaters.
Those newer systems are reliable, but newer doesn't mean maintenance-free. Water heaters from the building boom are aging into service, fixtures wear, and slab foundations mean any under-slab leak calls for our non-destructive detection. The flat terrain and heavy summer storms make drainage worthwhile. Pooler's retail, restaurant, and industrial corridors rely on commercial plumbing, and occasional winter freezes can still threaten exposed pipes.
The subdivisions around Pooler Parkway and Pine Barren Road · Communities near Gulfstream, the airport, and Tanger Outlets · Savannah Quarters and the Godley Station area · Neighborhoods toward Bloomingdale and Port Wentworth · The new homes across Pooler
Pooler's wave of new homes is exactly our sweet spot. We handle water heater and tankless service as builder-installed units age, softeners for the hard, sulfur-prone water, slab leak detection, and fixture work, plus commercial plumbing for the retail and business corridors. We arrive on time and resolve most calls on the first visit.
Even new Pooler homes benefit from a seasonal routine. Flush the water heater yearly for the hard water (or descale a tankless unit), add a softener if scale or odor is an issue, and check drainage before storm season. During the occasional winter cold snap, protect exposed pipes and hose bibs.

Family of 5 with three daughters, so our water gets a serious workout 😂. We had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta come out to look at our home and help us understand where we could make things more efficient. They gave us some really useful advice, especially around improving our water quality and a few things we’d never even thought about. Friendly, knowledgeable and zero pressure. Really glad we found these guys. We’ll definitely be using them when we’re ready to make some upgrades!

We had an amazing experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! We had a bit of an emergency (I'll spare details, was gross) and needed someone out quick to resolve. They came same day and were able to determine pipework hadn't been connected properly during recent work we had done. I'm really glad we found them! Local team, quick to respond, and took great care in our home. Would definitely recommend them!

Keith came promptly, worked quickly but we paid $709 for a water shutoff, and a small piece of PVC pipe under our sink that took 40 minutes to do. $210 of that was because it was an emergency visit.

Tyler was helpful, courteous, and efficient. He explained the process in terms we could easily understand and worked with us to find the most convenient time to return to complete the job. We would definitely feel comfortable having him work for us again.

Chase was exceptional!! Jared was so helpful as well!! This company came out to check our heating and cooling systems, clean our hot water heater, and patiently answered a bunch of our plumbing and duct-cleaning questions. As owners of an aging home, we truly trust them and deeply value their expert opinions on what updates we need. The level of professionalism cannot be surpassed! From wearing booties so they don’t drag dirt into the house to sending texts with pictures of the technicians before they arrive, every detail made us feel safe and cared for. We trust them completely with our home, will definitely continue doing business with them, and are already recommending them to all our friends. They are simply the best in the area!

The service was timely and professional. I really appreciate that Chuck treated my home with respect. He not only wiped his feet, but he put on booties to protect my floors. He did a thorough inspection before he gave me the estimate for the service needed. Because of his courteous explanation of what was needed to get the job done correctly, I would highly recommend him.

Again, professional and courteous! Brynt was very knowledgeable and efficient- fixed us right up! Angel C was in fact a literal angel. He was extremely kind and professional. Up front about costs and quotes. This was my first time having to hire someone for an home repair and was very nervous about the process but he was amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer ( if I have to be ) and will be requesting Angel! Seriously cannot thank him enough!
Even newer homes develop worn fixtures, aging water heaters, and the occasional leak, and many benefit from a softener for the hard, sometimes sulfur-prone water. Early attention prevents bigger problems.
The City of Pooler draws on the Floridan Aquifer and buys treated surface water from the City of Savannah. The water is moderately hard, so many homeowners add a softener. We test and advise.
Often, yes. If your water leaves scale or carries a sulfur odor, a softener and filtration protect your water heater, fixtures, and appliances. We test your water and size the system.
