Named Forbes' Top Ranked Plumbing Company of 2024!
Brookfield Country Club is one of North Roswell’s premier residential communities — an expansive golf course neighborhood of over 900 homes situated north of Woodstock Road off Hardscrabble and Mountain Park roads in the 30075 zip code. The community centers around the Brookfield Country Club, which completed a multimillion-dollar renovation in 2023 and 2024 and offers 18 holes of golf, ten swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a full clubhouse. Homes in Brookfield Country Club were built primarily from the 1970s through the 1990s, with some newer construction and renovation activity in recent years. The community has over 900 homes and a median age of 48 among residents.
Brookfield Country Club’s housing stock spans a wide age range, but the core of the community was developed in the 1975-to-1995 window. Homes from the original 1970s construction phase are now 50 years old — a vintage where original plumbing systems have long since reached the end of their expected service life and multiple generations of partial repair and replacement are common. Homes from the 1980s and 1990s are in the 30-to-45-year range where age-related copper pipe pitting corrosion becomes a documented, recurring concern.
Brookfield Country Club’s setting — amidst the rolling, heavily wooded horse country of North Roswell — means properties typically sit on larger lots with mature tree cover. This combination of large lots and mature hardwoods makes tree root intrusion into sewer lines a consistent service issue, particularly for homes on the perimeter of the golf course or backing to wooded common areas.
The community’s country club setting also means many homes have more complex plumbing systems than typical suburban properties — multiple bathrooms, outdoor water features, irrigation systems, and in some cases wine cellar or bar plumbing additions from remodel work over the decades.

All very nice people! They got me in the next day for a consultation and after giving the green light to fix my issues, the plumber was scheduled to come out same day. Benjamin was the consultant and he couldn’t have been nicer and explained everything to me. Especially for not being from here, but from Texas, I didn’t know a lot about how things are done differently bc of true winters. Vince and his partner did a Fantastic job rerouting my water line

A Brookfield Country Club home from the late 1970s has plumbing that is approximately 45 to 50 years old. At this age, original copper supply lines are well past their expected service life in North Fulton’s water conditions, and galvanized steel sections — common in homes of this era — may have significant internal corrosion restricting flow throughout the home. The most important first step is a full pipe material assessment to understand exactly what you’re working with. Many 1970s homes have had partial repiping over the decades, so the system may be a mix of original and replacement materials. Drain lines in 1970s slab construction also warrant sewer camera inspection, as older clay or cast iron sections can develop cracks, offsets, or root intrusion after 45+ years.
Yes. Water service line replacement is a service we provide throughout Brookfield Country Club and North Roswell. The service line runs from the municipal main at the street to your home’s main shutoff, and on larger Brookfield lots it can run a considerable distance. Lines in homes from the 1970s and 1980s may be original galvanized steel or early copper — both of which are past their expected service life and can develop slow leaks that are difficult to detect before they produce visible yard saturation or pressure loss. Signs to watch for include low pressure throughout the home, an unexplained water bill increase, or wet patches in the yard between the street and the foundation. Where site conditions allow, we use directional boring to install the new line underground without open trenching, which is particularly valuable for properties with mature landscaping, long driveways, or established gardens. Flat-rate pricing before any work begins.
For most Brookfield Country Club homes, yes. Homes with multiple bathrooms and high hot water demand — which describes many properties in this community — see the greatest benefit from tankless systems. Tankless eliminates the standby heat loss of maintaining a full tank at temperature, delivers continuous hot water regardless of sequential demand, and lasts 20-plus years versus 10-12 for a tank unit. We are one of the only plumbers in North Fulton to offer a 10-year parts and labor warranty on Navien tankless installations. A conversion involves gas line sizing, venting, and sometimes an electrical upgrade — we handle the full project from assessment through permit and installation.
