Littlefield sits in the far-northwestern corner of Arizona, the “Arizona Strip”, along the Virgin River near Beaver Dam and the Nevada and Utah lines, a small, remote desert community close to Mesquite but a world away from the nearest city. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® of Kingman is proud to bring big-city plumbing service to this out-of-the-way corner of Mohave County.
We carry one of the most trusted names in American plumbing, a brand named Forbes' Top Ranked Plumbing Company of 2024, but the people answering your call are your neighbors across western Arizona. We're The Punctual Plumber, and we back it with a promise no ordinary plumber makes: if we're not on time, we pay you $5 a minute, up to $300.
Every Littlefield home has access to our full range of plumbing services. The menu is the same across our entire western-Arizona service area, and each service links to the national brand page with full details:
Around-the-clock emergency service dispatched for Littlefield homeowners facing burst or leaking pipes, slab leaks, sewer or septic backups, water heater failures, or no-water situations, day or night, weekends and holidays.
Water softeners, filtration, and reverse-osmosis systems for the very hard, mineral-heavy groundwater of the Arizona desert, cutting the scale that ruins water heaters, fixtures, and appliances, and addressing arsenic and other trace contaminants common in local wells and municipal supply.
Water heater repair, replacement, and installation and tankless systems, hard desert water scales and shortens the life of water heaters, so replacement, flushing, and tankless upgrades are among our most-requested services.
Expert diagnosis and repair of leaks, fixtures, and supply problems, backed by professional inspection and diagnosis, with our trucks stocked to fix most issues in a single visit.
Pipe repair and whole-home repiping for pipe corroded and scaled by hard water, plus aging and 1980s–90s polybutylene systems, water service line work, and frozen pipe protection for the high-desert cold snaps.
Slab leak detection and repair, plus non-destructive leak detection and leak repair, finding hidden leaks under slabs and in buried lines before they waste precious water or damage a home.
Drain cleaning and hydro jetting with camera inspection, clearing scale, grease, mineral buildup, and roots from desert drain and sewer lines.
Sewer line repair and replacement and new sewer installation for the village sewer connections and rural septic-connected lines of the desert communities.
Water pump and pressure-system service for the many rural desert homes on private wells, hauled-water tanks, and booster systems.
Faucets, toilets, showers, sinks, and garbage disposals repaired and installed, plus outdoor plumbing for hose bibs, irrigation, and desert landscaping.
Littlefield's plumbing is shaped by the desert and its water. Like all of the region, its groundwater is very hard, heavy with the calcium and magnesium that leave white scale on fixtures, cloud dishes, narrow pipes, and, above all, shorten the life of water heaters, so softeners, reverse osmosis, and whole-home filtration are the most valuable upgrades a Littlefield homeowner can make, and they help address the arsenic and trace minerals common in desert water too. Many homes here are on private wells, hauled-water storage tanks, or small water systems, needing pump and pressure service, and manufactured and mobile homes are common.
Littlefield's homes sit on slabs in the low, hot Virgin River desert, not basements, so slab-leak detection and under-home plumbing matter, and finding hidden leaks conserves precious water. Hard-water scale and age make water heater replacement and whole-home repiping frequent, the rocky and caliche desert ground makes sewer and water-line excavation demanding, and while summers are intensely hot, the occasional winter cold snap can freeze exposed pipes.
Littlefield's remote desert homes get our full range, very hard water treatment and RO, water heater replacement and flushing, whole-home repiping, slab-leak detection, well and pump service, and drain and sewer work. Our stocked trucks finish most jobs in one trip, which matters this far out, and we bring service to a community many companies won't drive to.
if we're not on time, we pay you $5 for every minute we're late, up to 60 minutes or $300. See our guarantees.
we stand behind our craftsmanship, and Mohave County homeowners rate us 4.7 stars across more than a thousand Google reviews.
our vehicles stay stocked with parts, so we finish most plumbing services in a single visit, and we clean up after ourselves.
you approve every price before any work begins, no surprises, and we offer a free second opinion if you're unsure about another plumber's diagnosis.
flexible financing options, plus our in-house membership club with 15% off repairs, an annual inspection and water heater flush, and priority service. Ask about the Heroes Club, too.
we answer the phone around the clock, every day of the year, vital during a slab leak, a failed water heater, or a burst pipe far out in the desert.
background-checked, drug-tested professionals, licensed in Arizona (ROC 340829), with liability coverage and workers' compensation, and backed by a brand named Forbes' Top Ranked Plumbing Company of 2024.
Littlefield's desert setting rewards routine. Install and maintain a softener and RO system to fight the very hard water; flush the water heater yearly (more often here) to clear scale; on a well or hauled-water tank, keep the pump and pressure system maintained; watch for slab-leak signs (warm spots, high use, low pressure); and before a winter cold snap, insulate exposed pipes.

Made appointment to pinpoint leak in shower head. Turned out it was the valve which needed replacing. Hugo was great. Ordered it and returned the following day to install. He also shared information about flushing out our tankless water heaters and addressing excessive pressure coming into the house. We are checking with the builder before we schedule those additional jobs to see if there is any warranty on our home.
Mark Katzman
Hugo came on time. Fixed problem.

Angi recommended Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with a 5-star rating. Repairman, Wilson did a great job. We had a leak in a waterline in the front yard. Excellent service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and worked in a timely manner. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work site and did a safety inspection. I would definitely recommend this company and Wilson 😃

★★★★★ Exceptional service from Ethan and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Lisbon! I called just before closing and they had someone out to my home first thing the next morning. Ethan was fantastic - very polite, professional, and efficient. Pricing was very upfront before any service was provided, so there were no surprises. The job was completed within an hour! Exceptional customer service from start to finish - I also spoke to the office manager and everybody was very polite. It’s GREAT to have and know this company is serving the North Country! Thank you! Highly recommend!

We were very blessed to have such an expert as Mike come to our house to troubleshoot our hot water heater. The man is a consummate professional, has decades of experience, knew exactly what he was doing, did what he needed to do, and we couldn't be more pleased to have had this absolute expert come to evaluate our water heater. As soon as we met him, we knew we were in good hands. He'll be back in 2 days to replace the hot water heater. Thank you so much!

Great! Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable. Came out an hour after I called and got my water line fixed up. He also let me know how to protect it from future problems. I'm a happy customer
Justin Faulkner
Great communication when trying to schedule and when in route. Answered my questions and explained options before starting. Completed the work, verified it was fixed and cleaned the area when he was done. (Kitchen sink clog - more than 25’ from the sink)
William Whitehouse
Justin did a great job unclogging my kitchen sink. I tried to do it myself and evidently it went up the vent at the T instead of going down into the clog. Hopefully it will not clogged again but if it does and I can't get it I will be calling again. This is the 2nd time I've used Ben Franklin Plumbing and am happy the the fast response and courtesy of the plumbers. I recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to anyone I know needing a plumber.

Desert groundwater here is very hard, leaving scale on fixtures and destroying water heaters. A water softener plus reverse osmosis for drinking water protects your plumbing and improves quality; we test and install the right system, and can address arsenic too.
