I got a call Tuesday morning from my elderly father-in law that his hot water was not working. One call to the team at Benjamin Franklin and they sent an estimator (Adam) out the same day to identify our problem. He verified a problem with the water heater and suggested we replace a water storage tank was at risk of failure. Gustavo recommended that I should also get a pressure gauge for the system in which I will consider. After the work was completed he cleaned the area and also removed all the packing material.
