Frank the gentleman that came to fix our Hot water heater was very professional and did an excellent job. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be used again if we need them. They were here on a Saturday and did a great job!

Frank Haas was punctual and very professional. I had a leak in a toilet that was not easy to locate. Frank diagnosed the problem relatively quickly and fixed the problem within 90 minutes of arrival.

We just had moved into our new home to be woken by the sound of running water at 130. We went and shut valve off thinking it is Christmas weekend and we may end up without water until after the holiday! My husband called these guys and they came right out and fixed the problem immediately. The guy carefully explained the issue, the fix as well as covered his work boots and was very kind and professional. We now have the business card on our fridge for any future needs.
