Absolutely phenomenal service and prices! I called after hours on a Tuesday and had service at 9:30am on Wednesday with no added fees. I spoke with Tim on Tuesday and made him aware I have 18 horses so he made it a priority to deliver fast service. Will always use them in the future and recommend to everyone.

Levi and Isaac did an great job. They did everything they could to fix my problem. Levi was very honest. I will be calling them back. This is another post. Zach was very professional and pleasant. He came in and went right to work. He didn't mind that I asked questions or watched. I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Blake was professional and knowledgeable! He was able to install my dryer outlet in no time at all. He took time to answer my questions about upgrades I'd like to do down the road and had great insights. I know who I'm going to call when I'm ready to do those upgrades. 12/10 would recommend!!

Zach is great. He is knowledgeable, very neat and explains everything he is going to do. He also makes sure you are happy with what he has been done. We are having him back to do additional work for us.
