We’re renovating our master bathroom, and while things were opened up, we thought it was the perfect time to inspect our pipes and drains to make sure we weren’t in for any extra surprises in our 1950s home. Getting an appointment was easy and our plumber arrived right on time. Nice guy and he gave us a thorough inspection and rundown of what parts of our system were looking good and which ones to keep an eye on. Without a hard sales pitch, he advised us on what we should consider replacing soon. And thankfully, after scoping our drain lines, we got the all clear and we can finish off our bathroom reno with no worries. We’ve found our go-to plumber for this old house. Highly recommend.

A neighbor recommended these guys. So, we gave them a try for a home plumbing inspection. We were really impressed! Eric clearly knows his stuff! He explained everything in a way that actually made sense to us. Our home is almost 100 years old, so we have a list. We will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Eric did a great job! Immediately diagnosed the problem and provided me with two choices to fix it. Once the decision on what to do was made he had the job done remarkably quick. He even took a look at the toilet in another bathroom just to make sure it was running smoothly. A great job by a super nice guy. Highly recommended. Thanks Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

★★★★★ Everything about the scheduling process was easy, they showed up on time, and explained everything they were going to do. They didn’t try to sell me things I didn't need. This was a much better experience than the last plumbing company I used. These are my guys moving forward!

If you’re raising kids in Atlanta, you know the drill… school drop-offs, work, practices, games and basically living in the car 😂 So when our water bill suddenly got REALLY high, we needed someone out fast. The guys at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta were on it. Found the issue quickly, had everything on the truck and fixed it right there. Huge relief! We also learned way more about our plumbing system than we expected. We never go in the crawlspace and had no idea how much was going on down there 😳 Great guys, great company. We’ll definitely use them again… probably sooner than we thought!
