We’re renovating our master bathroom, and while things were opened up, we thought it was the perfect time to inspect our pipes and drains to make sure we weren’t in for any extra surprises in our 1950s home. Getting an appointment was easy and our plumber arrived right on time. Nice guy and he gave us a thorough inspection and rundown of what parts of our system were looking good and which ones to keep an eye on. Without a hard sales pitch, he advised us on what we should consider replacing soon. And thankfully, after scoping our drain lines, we got the all clear and we can finish off our bathroom reno with no worries. We’ve found our go-to plumber for this old house. Highly recommend.
A neighbor recommended these guys. So, we gave them a try for a home plumbing inspection. We were really impressed! Eric clearly knows his stuff! He explained everything in a way that actually made sense to us. Our home is almost 100 years old, so we have a list. We will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
With 3 young boys and a busy house, our plumbing gets a serious workout! Had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta come out for a full home plumbing inspection and they were fantastic. Took their time, explained everything in a way we could actually understand and absolutely zero pressure to buy anything. Really refreshing experience. We’ve got a few upgrades planned for the spring and will definitely be calling these guys back. So glad we found them!
They went out of their way to accommodate my needs from the start to the end of my appointment. The service was top-notch. My technician was smart and helpful, and he communicated with me at every step of his process. Even after the appointment was over, they checked back in to make sure everything was working correctly. In fact I spoke with several representatives from the company (including the owner) and they were all kind and understanding. I highly recommend and will be using them again.
Love the quality of work from the staff over at Ben Franklin plumbing in Atlanta. Good communication, on time and professional. Will recommend !
