We had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Intown Atlanta out for a whole home plumbing inspection and found out our water heater is 12 years old and on borrowed time. They walked us through everything, explained our options, and never pressured us into replacing it. We’ll definitely be calling them when we’re ready.
I live near Virginia Highland and have been having drain problems off and on for years. Have had numerous companies come out and they’ve never really explained why I can’t seem to solve the underlying problem. I heard of this company, and met with Craig and his team, they sat down and explained that the tree roots in my front yard are causing this recurring problem, and identified solutions to finally get this resolved. I also plan to have them come back to work on my tankless water heater. Highly recommended!
