Can't give enough stars for the installation of a whole house water system from the first meeting with Jeff Catalini to the finish. Recommended system for my water n completely explained how it works to a female. His communication was top notch as well as his work. From start to finish one week. Have already recommended to friends. Pictures of before n after.

Tyler arrived on time to do maintenance inspection. He asked if I had any concerns, which he was able to address and tell me how to correct aerators on 2 faucets. I was also having a problem with my shower connector not being able to rotate from cold to hot. After completing the inspection, he was able to fix the shower. I am very pleased with his professionalism and ability to explain.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with BF service. They confirmed via text message numerous times, called when on the way and were extremely courteous. Tyler was great. He showed up on time, cleaned up all areas that he worked in, and I was quite happy with his work. The only issue I had was the price. Yes, plumbing services are expensive, I am well aware. However, for what I had done, cartridges replace in two sink faucet handles, cartridge replaced in shower faucet handle, a new neck pipe for the shower head, and a new shower head (that I provided) installed cost me $850.00. This was not an emergency job. I set up an appt in advance. I may think twice before calling them back to do any further work.

Originally made an appointment to have one toilet fixed. Tyler showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable, so we ended up getting three toilets replaced and a kitchen sink fixture replaced. Tyler used quality replacements for everything and finished the work in a timely manner. Awesome job!

Tracey in the office, went "above and beyond" to get a technician out the same day, and she was very friendly and professional. Tyler came to assess our toilet issue. He showed me and explained everything to me so that I could understand. Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable and well-mannered. We are new with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and we are very happy!
