Shawn the plumber was great. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would ask for Shawn again - he’s awesome!! We were very impressed with the company. From the girl who answered the phone to Shaw the plumber. He represents your company very well. Would highly recommend this company.

First off, after my experience today, if you do not use these guys, you've made a mistake. Shawn Carnes was my technician and he was great, but I would imagine they all are. I had an appointment set for 1pm to 4pm they showed up on the dot, walked around the house to do a visual inspection and came to the door. They introduced themselves and greeted me and immediately put their shoe covers on before entering the house. I had a plumbing concern that I wanted a second opinion on, they diagnosed it at the toilet, under the house and gave clear suggestions on how to address the concern moving forward. They did not push any upcharges or complete any unnecessary services to increase my cost, but they did however lay out all of the options and gave me quotes for services they could offer related to my concern. They were professional, thorough and kind. I hovered over them a majority of the service call and I KNOW that can be frustrating to deal with as a technician, but they did not complain once and completed their work while verbally explaining what they were doing at each step. It was totally a step above anywhere else. I will be having them out to do any and all plumbing and heating needs in the future.

Solid company to work with overall. They came on short notice, had wonderful communication and completed the repairs quickly and as necessary. My only problem with the service was I paid $630+ for a garbage disposal/installation which seemed a little high compared to previous garbage disposal installs I’ve had done in the past.

Tyler was absolutely amazing!!!! So kind, patient, communicative, and explanatory. He was able to help us at our Airbnb for disposal issues. He made this experience way less stressful and Im thankful for having him as our tech. Thank you!!

Just before Christmas 2025, I had a main pipe break. I called for help right away and the Benjamin Franklin team came out and assessed the situation. Within 24 hrs the work was underway. They were professional and courteous. Shortly after installation I began having recurring water pressure issues that did not exist prior to the work being done. After several visits the technical manager came to access the situation and ultimately made good showing a genuine commitment to resolving the problem. Aaron and Jeff thank you for your professionalism and for making it right. And thank you to the rest of the team as well.
