Absolutely recommend! Very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Explained everything they were doing and why, stayed late the first day just to make sure we had hot water for the night. Jeff and his team are fantastic!!!

First off, after my experience today, if you do not use these guys, you've made a mistake. Shawn Carnes was my technician and he was great, but I would imagine they all are. I had an appointment set for 1pm to 4pm they showed up on the dot, walked around the house to do a visual inspection and came to the door. They introduced themselves and greeted me and immediately put their shoe covers on before entering the house. I had a plumbing concern that I wanted a second opinion on, they diagnosed it at the toilet, under the house and gave clear suggestions on how to address the concern moving forward. They did not push any upcharges or complete any unnecessary services to increase my cost, but they did however lay out all of the options and gave me quotes for services they could offer related to my concern. They were professional, thorough and kind. I hovered over them a majority of the service call and I KNOW that can be frustrating to deal with as a technician, but they did not complain once and completed their work while verbally explaining what they were doing at each step. It was totally a step above anywhere else. I will be having them out to do any and all plumbing and heating needs in the future.

We arrived in Ocean City on a Thursday after being away since last fall. After unpacking and turning our water back on, we observed weak water pressure. We called Ben Franklin Plumbing at 3:30 pm and Shawn arrived by 5 pm. He quickly accessed that we had a water pipe burst over the winter, explained what needed to be done, and help us coordinate with a mediation firm to extract the water. Shawn arrived early Monday morning with his helper, Kayden, and together they had our repair completed just after 12 noon. They were fantastic and exceeded a five star review. In addition, the ladies answering the phones for BFP were also incredible.

Highly Recommend Aaron! We reached out to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because they came highly recommended for our condo, and they did not disappoint. We needed a new water heater and a washer valve/drain installed. Aaron arrived right on time and was incredibly thorough—he even caught a leak in an adjacent line during his inspection that we hadn't noticed yet. He handled the repair, the new heater installation, and the laundry plumbing efficiently and professionally. What stood out most was his attitude; Aaron was friendly, polite, and kept his workspace spotless throughout the day. It’s rare to have a technician leave an area cleaner than they found it! We will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again and will specifically be asking for Aaron.

Shawn was professional, thourough and incredibly knowledgeable about plumbing and septic systems. Diagnosed our problem within 15 minutes and fixed it even quicker. Followed up and made sure everything else in the plumbing system was working and let us know what to look out for in the future. Excellent service. Thanks, Shawn!
