Absolutely recommend! Very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Explained everything they were doing and why, stayed late the first day just to make sure we had hot water for the night. Jeff and his team are fantastic!!!
Shawn the plumber was great. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would ask for Shawn again - he’s awesome!! We were very impressed with the company. From the girl who answered the phone to Shaw the plumber. He represents your company very well. Would highly recommend this company.
We got several estimates and Benjamin Franklin wasn’t the least expensive but Tyler Collins made our decision easy. He is knowledgeable, hardworking and had attention to detail. He answered all of our concerns and his helper Khaden was amazing too. I would highly recommend them.
First off, after my experience today, if you do not use these guys, you've made a mistake. Shawn Carnes was my technician and he was great, but I would imagine they all are. I had an appointment set for 1pm to 4pm they showed up on the dot, walked around the house to do a visual inspection and came to the door. They introduced themselves and greeted me and immediately put their shoe covers on before entering the house. I had a plumbing concern that I wanted a second opinion on, they diagnosed it at the toilet, under the house and gave clear suggestions on how to address the concern moving forward. They did not push any upcharges or complete any unnecessary services to increase my cost, but they did however lay out all of the options and gave me quotes for services they could offer related to my concern. They were professional, thorough and kind. I hovered over them a majority of the service call and I KNOW that can be frustrating to deal with as a technician, but they did not complain once and completed their work while verbally explaining what they were doing at each step. It was totally a step above anywhere else. I will be having them out to do any and all plumbing and heating needs in the future.
Solid company to work with overall. They came on short notice, had wonderful communication and completed the repairs quickly and as necessary. My only problem with the service was I paid $630+ for a garbage disposal/installation which seemed a little high compared to previous garbage disposal installs I’ve had done in the past.
