We were very impressed with the ease of scheduling an appointment through the online platform. Sam arrived on time and provided an accurate description of the issue with our master bath toilet. The wax ring was replaced and a new flange added. Sam gave us a quote up front then adjusted the cost based on the need to correct an issue with the flange. Sam talked us through a maintenance plan and next steps for flushing our tankless water heater. It is refreshing to work with a business that is honest and a technician that is knowledgeable. Sam took great care to ensure our bathroom was not damaged and was clean after the repairs. Side note: we didn’t have to ask him to put on shoe protectors…it was automatic. Thanks for the quality service and professionalism.
Angel C was in fact a literal angel. He was extremely kind and professional. Up front about costs and quotes. This was my first time having to hire someone for an home repair and was very nervous about the process but he was amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer ( if I have to be ) and will be requesting Angel! Seriously cannot thank him enough!
We had water seeping and dripping from an upstairs ceiling, and your dispatcher was so very kind and helpful. Kevin, the plumber, was able to arrive in less than 2 hours after I made the initial call, spent a good amount of time figuring out the issue and stopping the immediate leak, lined us up with next steps, and was so thorough, and I feel that he went above and beyond. Kevin really put me at ease and walked me through next steps, was so very kind and courteous, and really knows his stuff. Thank you for saving the day!
