Very professional, explained everything so I understood what he would do and why. He didn't try to oversell. He recommended a couple of things that would help, but no pressure. I don't normally do more than just a simple recommendation. In this case I would have to say I highly recommend them.

Eric was awesome he helped me layout the whole hole tank and marked it because I had no clue where it was. Told me exactly what to expect and how it was going to be done. Eric was very friendly and professional in his time with me. Overall I am very pleased with the service and price. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and Benjamin Franklin plumbing other than I know I found a company to help me out with plumbing. Definitely recommend this company!
