Angel C was in fact a literal angel. He was extremely kind and professional. Up front about costs and quotes. This was my first time having to hire someone for an home repair and was very nervous about the process but he was amazing. I will definitely be a returning customer ( if I have to be ) and will be requesting Angel! Seriously cannot thank him enough!

We had water seeping and dripping from an upstairs ceiling, and your dispatcher was so very kind and helpful. Kevin, the plumber, was able to arrive in less than 2 hours after I made the initial call, spent a good amount of time figuring out the issue and stopping the immediate leak, lined us up with next steps, and was so thorough, and I feel that he went above and beyond. Kevin really put me at ease and walked me through next steps, was so very kind and courteous, and really knows his stuff. Thank you for saving the day!

Kevin was knowledgeable, professional and efficient in taking care of our plumbing issue. His service was exceptional. We are very grateful for him taking time to explain what the problem was and fixing it. Kevin was very courteous, timely and did a great job!!

We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing late one evening for an emergency. From the first phone call, the service was superb. The response was prompt, and the technician was the absolute best. Having raised 3 sons, we have had experiences with plumbers. Sam was without a doubt the best we have experienced. He was extremely thorough, patient with all my questions, and left the space clean and back in working order. Great experience.

Hallam IS AWESOME! Detail Oriented, Forthright, Direct, No frills! A genuine man! THANK YOU, Ben Franklin, for sending him! Makes me HAPPY to know of the discounts associated with your low annual membership (optional), & warranties. I'm SURE he'll make an EXCELLENT plumber (for us) & for ANYONE who needs his services. To date, service calls $69. Not bad!
