Water Heater Guarantees

If you find yourself needing a new water heater, make sure you enlist the services of our Greenville plumbers. We're your emergency plumbers. We were very impressed with the ease of scheduling an appointment through the online platform. Sam arrived on time and provided an accurate description of the issue with our master bath toilet. The wax ring was replaced and a new flange added. Sam gave us a quote up front then adjusted the cost based on the need to correct an issue with the flange. Sam talked us through a maintenance plan and next steps for flushing our tankless water heater. It is refreshing to work with a business that is honest and a technician that is knowledgeable. Sam took great care to ensure our bathroom was not damaged and was clean after the repairs. Side note: we didn’t have to ask him to put on shoe protectors…it was automatic. Thanks for the quality service and professionalism.
