We had an excellent experience working with this team to install a whole-home water softener, water filter, UV light, hot water recirculation loop, and a new tankless water heater. Jeff and Tripp were amazing!! My water heater died after almost 19yrs, it was leaking all over the garage floor. They came out the same day I called them and told them the water heater died. I upgraded to a tankless water heater. They were super knowledgeable and got me hot water the same day! I would definitely recommend!
The pilot light on our hot water tank went out and Chris came out and took a look at it. I appreciated how quickly I was able to get someone over here and I especially appreciated how well Chris explained everything to me with our wonky setup we have currently and what we needed to have done. He is a very understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable person! This was absolutely a 5-star experience.
Chris Freeman not only fixed our kitchen sink and the plumbing but went out of his way to ensure everything was done to our standards. He even fixed our outside faucet which we didn’t mention until he had got here however, he did replace and fix it properly. We asked about a veterans discount and his company honored that as well. You can’t get better service these days anywhere and look forward to using him in the future. Thanks Chris!!
Chris was prompt and showed up when promised. He listened to what was done beforehand and when I mentioned we had plans to remodel our bathroom in a couple of years, he took that into consideration when suggesting possible remediation for our clogged shower and sink drain. Knowing that we were planning to replace the old galvanized drains and vents, he focused on just trying to clear the blockage, instead of replacing the old pipes. He took time to explain what happens with old galvanized pipes and how they corrode and become constricted over the years, allowing less and less water to pass through easily. While snaking the drain would not be a long term solution, it should be good enough to last until our bathroom remodel when we replace all the old pipes. In the long run, Chris saved us money and saved him time by doing only what was necessary. Chris was polite and pleasant to talk to. We definitely recommend and will use him again.
