This is our second home located in Archdale, NC. We had a list of repairs that were needed: sewer pipe replacement, mysterious leak in our basement ceiling, and an outside faucet that was vibrating. We received several quotes on the work. We cannot begin to describe how impressed we are with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as a company and the quality of work they did. Getting the lowest price was not our objective, however, they were Thousands (!) of dollars lower than the competition and their warranty was unbeatable. Our technician, Jeff, was superb. Professional, friendly, & diagnosed and repaired ALL our plumbing problems quickly. He explained everything very clearly and offered us options on the repairs. To quote my husband, "The new faucet is a dream!" We couldn't be happier with the quality of the workmanship and the price. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We will not use anyone else.

Sebastian was AMAZING! He arrived earlier than what was quoted. He was very professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was completed efficiently and effectively and he took the time to explain what was going to be done and what was done. We had an issue with our water heater late in the evening and called around 9:30 PM, expecting to schedule service for later in the week. To our surprise, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of the Triad responded immediately and had someone out the very next day! Nick Gaines was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly assessed the problem and replaced our water heater the same day. The entire process was smooth, clearly explained, and handled with a level of professionalism that really stood out. I have used Benjamin Franklin 3 times in the last month during a home repair. Nick and Jackson were my technicians. The communication was impecable, I was kept informed of arrival times, costs and options. If there was a need to repair more, it was discussed, costs reviewed and other options. I can not describe how informative and professional they were. Fixed all of my needs. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a job done correctly. I don't think they are the cheapest but they are the best. I loved the communication!

Sebastian Grundseth came and did a service call to give us an estimate on some possible work for the sump pump. He was very thorough and gave an honest professional opinion. His customer service skills were exceptional! I feel like we built a very trustworthy rapport. I would happily hire him to do any necessary work and feel like the work would be carried out with the upmost ethical standards!!! More people could learn from this young man’s positive attitude and awesome ability to build strong business relationships!!!
