This is the second time in two weeks that we’ve called these guys for a plumbing need. They came out the same day and replaced the house PRV, which also fixed at least one other plumbing leak in the house. Cam is friendly, professional, and fast. We will continue to use these guys for future Plumbing needs.

Clayton and Cam are the Best ! I felt special too because the big boss came by to double check and make sure I was happy with the work being done. They answer your calls right away also. I mentioned about pipes breaking, Clayton informed me, there had been a class action lawsuit, Was an easy decision to replace All pipes, and Tankless water heater, works great! Me having a 3 story house and abundance of sinks ! They got the job done on a tight time line. They cleaned and mopped up took away all debris. Both guys were very pleasant to have in my home and I would refer them to everyone! Clayton answered my call after they left to assure me the water flow may need to be adjusted. I am so thankful for these guys!

Kyle was fantastic. My water heater started leaking and it was about 20 years old, so it was definitely time for a replacement. Kyle arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without rushing. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I’m very happy with the new installation and the service overall. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the repair of my sewer line by Aaron Preston and his team. The bid was far below the other competition and then with the money saved I had him replace both bathtubs faucets. And still was cheaper than Bud's bid. We are happy to have Benjamin Franklin as our new plumbers

Both Ilija and Dylan were great! Ilija first came as we did not have hot water. He handled that problem efficiently and then checked all 4 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Ilija identified quite a number of items that needed replacement and since our home is older it was very good to be made aware of those issues. Dylan then came a couple of days later and fixed all of the problems in one day! He worked all day and did an excellent job while treating our home with respect and went above and beyond to help us. Excellent company and Ilija and Dylan both super!!

We had a water leak; Ben Franklin responded quickly and repaired the leak on February 2, 2026. The 1st technician noticed a few other areas of concern. This being are secondary home, we thought it a good idea to have these issues addressed. We scheduled the balance of the repairs to be completed on another date. The 2nd technician repaired the balance of the issues. Both Kevin and Marshall were on time and great to interact with! We did have a stumble on the billing side, but this matter was resolved with a call to Elliott. Thank you to all!

Steve was great and had more than enough expertise to assess our issue and get it quickly resolved. Had the parts needed and was professional throughout. Ben Franklin is our plumber of choice because of one great experience after another.
