Got my Brita Tankless RO filter installed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing fellows today. It’s a great filter! It has dual outlets - one for RO and the other one for Brita Carbon. It’s not like a standard filter in the market, it requires more skills and patience to install. Huge thanks to Kyle and Carlos for handling every challenge that came up and getting it installed perfectly. Now I get to enjoy clean, delicious, and safe water right at home :)

I was so impressed by the professionalism of Benjamin Franklin, my technician Carlos was very meticulous and inspected every aspect of the plumbing system. He was able to fix my kitchen sink and left everything nice and neat. I have had another plumbing company come over and they were trying to charge me an excessive amount of money. Carlos did an excellent job and charged a fair price, I highly recommend them!

I got 3 estimates, and these folks were the most affordable - AND best all-round. They were very responsive, and Kyle and Carlos were informative and helpful. They coordinated having American Leak detection out before doing some backbreaking work digging up a 3x3" spot in our yard to repair the water main. Cleanup was great too. 👍👍
