Kyle was the technician who came to maintain our Rinnai tankless water heater. He was professional and very thoroughly answered all my questions. He also solved my problem with the recirculating pump by helping me set up the wifi module and reset it to run again. My faucet is back on running hot water within seconds of turning it on.
