We had Christian from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing service come out to fix a leak in our home. He was patient, explained the procedure thoroughly, on time, and cleaned up the mess. We were pleased with his work.
Christian our house to diagnose an issue. The water department called and said we were losing 1 gallon per minute of water, continuous use. Christian Came twice with one service charge. He discovered That we had two toilets that were each causing continuous usage. Together, the two toilets were equaling A loss of 1 gallon a minute! For a fair price He fixed both toilets And eliminated the issue. He was polite, caring, honest and prompt!

All very nice people! They got me in the next day for a consultation and after giving the green light to fix my issues, the plumber was scheduled to come out same day. Benjamin was the consultant and he couldn’t have been nicer and explained everything to me.
