Our plumber, Parker, was responsive, friendly and professional. We appreciated his quick response to our plumbing emergency. After finding root intrusion in the main drain line, he was able to put our drain system back in usable service until he could return to make the permanent fix. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and Parker completed the proposed work exactly as described in the quotes provided. Great front office communication, too!
Kyle was the technician who came to maintain our Rinnai tankless water heater. He was professional and very thoroughly answered all my questions. He also solved my problem with the recirculating pump by helping me set up the wifi module and reset it to run again. My faucet is back on running hot water within seconds of turning it on. I feel confident that under Kyle's care, my unit will be good for running it's maximum lifespan. Absolutely recommend services from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!
