Kyle was fantastic. My water heater started leaking and it was about 20 years old, so it was definitely time for a replacement. Kyle arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions without rushing. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I’m very happy with the new installation and the service overall. Highly recommend!

Luc is professional, experienced, and helpful person. Our toilet downstairs got clogged and the dirty water backed up, which is a nightmare for a first-time home owner. He saved our family within a few hours. It's a 50 years old house and we cannot find a cleanout in our yard and crawspace, so he pulled the toilet to access the sewer line, ran a cable to clear blockage to restore water flow, and camera the line to inspect for any damage. Toilet is reinstalled with a new wax ring and re-grouted toilet base for sure. We also got a chance to speak to Claire, the owner who is friendly and also from Taiwan. The root cause seems to be at the common line before the city main sewer so potentially more future work to be done. Claire is sweet and willing to help us so we opted in the monthly membership to get the 15% service discount and other perks. I recommend their services, but hope we won't need them in years. : ) Side note: call center lady was not that patient and friendly. Maybe it was because I called her at 8 in the morning. @@
Absolutely fantastic service from Carlos at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Carlos was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our pipe issue and replaced our toilet with great attention to detail. He made sure everything was spotless before he left and took the time to explain what he had done and how to maintain it. We felt completely confident in his skills and appreciated his friendly attitude. We highly recommend Carlos and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any plumbing needs. We recently had a shower leak and Kyle came out to fix it. From the moment he started, it was clear he brings real passion to his work. His attention to detail, care, and pride went beyond just doing a good job. It felt more like true craftsmanship. Everything was handled professionally, and the issue was resolved thoroughly. It’s great to know we don’t have to search for a reliable plumber anymore. If we ever need help again, we’ll definitely call Benjamin Franklin and request Kyle. Highly recommended.
