Today we had Benjamin Franklin come out to service our tankless water heater. While here our technician Chandler just happened to ask about our R/O and when was the last time we had the filter changed. Good thing he asked because it has been several years. Oh and the gross filters he took off our system was disgusting. I have been a home owner a very long time and this technician was not at all trying to sell me up and make my bill higher.
