Had an old corroded section of pipe in my outdoor gas fire pit that needed to be replaced. The ring where flames are dispensed was also severely corroded. Kevin already had proved himself with his professionalism, knowledge and punctuality. Apparently he knows great customer service too - brought our dog a stuffed screwdriver after our rascal had stealthily snuck away his work tools at a recent service call. After a good laugh, we not only have a great new faucet and leak detection device, but a bulldog approved plumbing friend. Today I was assisted by Jake in troubleshooting some work that had been done by another company. I needed to see what I should have been charged and expected in return for my payment. I sent a couple of photos of the work, to Jake, told him what I had paid, and what my concerns were. He was very professional, direct and straightforward with his answers. I now feel I can move forward, knowing what should have been discussed and done that wasn't. I will be contacting the other company today with more confidence. I appreciated Jake's advice and recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to folks who want to have the job done right. I also really appreciated the fact that I was not charged for this information, and even if Jake had come to my home to see the work, it would have been a free estimate.
