Joe Stark did an excellent job thoroughly explaining, showing and advising us on a preventative sewer repair. We were not anticipating a project of this size this year or in years to come, but I’m grateful and impressed with the professionalism of the Ben Franklin team, in particular Joe. He took the time to explain what they could offer and why, and respectfully responded to all of my points of concern and questions after reviewing competitors. I anticipate another positive review coming from us after this project is completed. Never once did I feel talked down to given plumbing and sewer work is nowhere near a skill of mine, nor did I have concerns I was being ripped off or scammed. I’d be honest if I did. Thank you again Ben Franklin Plumbing, and Joe, for offering plumbing and sewer services and demonstrating such strong integrity. Lastly I greatly respect that you all can effectively work with gross sewer pipes like this and not be 🤢 like me.

Center Point shut down our gas due to a very minor gas leak going to our furnace. Service was prompt(came within 1 hour) and our plumber was willing to wait 2 hours after he completed his work to ensure we passed inspection so we could get our gas turned on ASAP. The service level was above and beyond our expectations. Our Plumber was an active listener, trustworthy and transparent. The work performed was completed under estimated time and the quote was accurate. We are members of their service plan, so there was no service fee and we got 20% off the bill. Not bad for emergency service. We are happy and will continue as return customers.

My wife and i were extremely impressed with the service form Jade. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He kept us informed during the whole time he worked on our plumbing problem. He offered several solutions to our problem. With a house full of people for the holiday, and no water, he was able to quickly replace our water softener. I would highly recommend Ben Franklin plumbing and especially Jade for any further needs.

Very professional, he introduced himself, he also confirmed what services we wanted completed. He explained the steps he would perform. After the inspection he explained thoroughly the results and the explained our options and the price. There was no pressure tactics. After we reviewed the options and agreed he completed the job and then showed us exactly what was done. We are extremely pleased with his work and highly recommend.

Another excellent maintenance visit from Ben Franklin plumbing. As a professional in a very different field than plumbing, I have been very impressed with the service and membership through Ben Franklin. Very knowledgeable and professional staff who give their unbiased recommendations and do so in a way that is approachable/ understandable to someone who couldn’t tell you what size a pipe should be. This membership has brought peace of mind knowing I don’t have to search last minute for which company to use when I have a concern. There’s instead one number I call and I can trust the professional that takes care of the issue in our home. Keep up the great work!
