The technicians get 5 stars - they arrived on time to address some broken pipes due to a furnace malfunction causing inside temperature to get below freezing. Ceiling had to be opened up and we had a broken shower valve and some shut off valves that failed due to water in the lines. I thought the pricing was a bit steep but at the end of the day, they took care of us. Good news was the water main was off while we were away - could have been a lot worse.
Great service! Prompt, professional, and explained everything with good detail. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Ben Franklin. I called them after receiving a promo offer in Valupak. I would definitely recommend them! Matt and Daunte were great!
Jake was awesome today. I've had a ton of the guys from Northern and friends at my townhouse Jake, Nick (love that guy, could fix anything), Teng and Felipe have been nothing but incredible. Super friendly dudes and they really know their stuff. Thanks again guys.
Felipe was my technician and he did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink. He was a nice and pleasant guy and we had a nice chat while he was working and he did a fine and timely job. I’d like it if we ever need similar service we would‘nt mind to have Felipe back again!
Felipe did our annual inspection. He’s amazing. He remembered our house from a previous visit and knew what our old issues were. He is thorough and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Would 100% recommend.
