We had Matt Stanley. A proffessional from the time he entered our home. We know you pay a little more using brand name services but in the end it was worth not having to worry about ANYTHING. we had 2 water heaters replaced as 1 of them had a fatal disposition and wasnt worth fixing. They got here after already completeing 1 job and they stayed to nearly 10pm to finish our job. 2 big water heaters, both in cramped spaces. They protected our house and took great care while ising good materials to protect our floors and we were grateful. Very knowledeable amd proffessional work all aroumd. Glad we called them.
Chase Mayo did an incredibly professional job installing gas lines to all of our five fireplaces throughout our historic home. He ensured that everything was up to code and safe. All fireplaces were tested for safety and to ensure they were working properly. He also installed five outside water faucets in hard-to-reach places along with a laundry utility sink in our basement which all work perfectly.He and his partner, Kenny Lenoir, both kept us informed every step of the way and explained everything they were doing. They were always punctual and extremely professional and helped us with so many needed things around our home. It was a pleasure having them do such an important and complicated job for us. A lot of companies don’t recognize the importance of the initial contact. In our case it was Erica who was unbelievably pleasant and caring on the phone. Next, our technician Dave was courteous, competent and very easy to communicate with. Most importantly, the biggest impact he made on us at the end of the day was not the work he performed, rather he discovered an expensive gold bracelet in the trap of our bar sink and returned it to us promptly!
Craig was very thorough and explained the bad news to me very nicely. I was shocked at the $5,000 price. So I asked perplexity how much to replace a grinding sump pump. I learned Craig gave me a fair price. I will use him again on my 6 rentals.
