Tammie is absolutely amazing... I called in because my comfort care payment hadn't come through my bank yet and mentioned I thought they tried to pull the payment before my husband's military check hit our account and she says if your military you're on the wrong program let's switch you to the Hero's program and save you some more money!!! She was super helpful and friendly! I really love this company, they've been caring for our our ac/heater for almost 5 years now and treat us like family..... you seriously won't find a better company than this one!!!

My toilet was leaking water when flushing it and I called early am to get it fixed. Ernie V was here the same day. Very prompt and professional. He was able to fix the problem. I asked him about replacement. I told him I wanted the taller toilet and I would go pick out what I wanted. He helped me schedule an appointment. He came back a couple days later to install the toilets and a new kitchen faucet. When he got delayed he called me. He did a great job answering all of my questions. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again. He did an awesome job.

Ernie is great help and makes suggestions where he can. Also admitted he hasn't a clue why we are going through water heaters every couple of years. Suggested we change our soft water filtration system to Brita. He made the sale He's coming back tomorrow to install water heater and Brita filtration system.

I am so happy with my new water heater. They were a little late but, I understand, that happens. Totally worth it to feel safe in my home again. Thank you gentlemen!! Great job!!
