He was professional and worked hard. He was great with my dogs. They were supposed to come Friday but didn't. They did come Saturday. The communication was very good. There was even a picture of the technician, Harris, that came. I did not get a receipt when he left.

Victor Guerra was the plumber that came out for our free quote and he was amazing, friendly, and very thorough. If we go with this company for our project I will definitely be asking for him to come out again and lead it if he is able to. UPDATE: We went with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for our whole home re-pipe to replace all of the old gray polybutylene water pipes with new PEX pipes and we are so happy we did. The team of Jack and Harris were amazingly thorough and worked with us throughout the whole process. Their team is amazing and we would definitely go with them again for all of our plumbing needs and will recommend them to any of our neighbors needing the same services.
