I was in need of some major help at my home because of a failed water heater in my bedroom closet that had rotted out my flooring, and it was smelling up my bedroom and my bathroom but I didn't know what the cause was, all I know is water was running underneath my mobile and it wasn't stopping. Anyway, I called two or three other plumbing places in Fort Mohave in bullhead City and they didn't even answer their phone, I managed to get a hold of Benjamin Franklin plumbing and the people that answered the phone were very kind, they sent a man named Victor to my house and he was very nice and after evaluating what I showed him that was happening, he explained what was wrong and what needed to be done, I told him my situation with my employment and he was very understanding and he said will work with you but that floor needs to be handled before we put a new water heater in, and I mean you could see the ground through the failing floor, anyway, Victor talked to his boss while he was at my house and was explaining what was going on with my flooring and my water heater and they said that they would be glad to help me get that handle as soon as possible, Victor says I have a man that I'm going to send out and he's very good at what he does and he'll be doing this job for you, I said I would really appreciate it, so he sent a man named Jack, and that man worked for hours to rebuild my floor and install a new water heater and all the plumbing, and was very polite and very knowledgeable of what he was doing, you could see it in his craftsmanship, and as he was working , I came in to see the floor after he had fixed it, and before he put the new water heater in, I was amazed, he did such an excellent job, and I told him I was very pleased, he worked hard for hours, He did a fantastic job ,everything he did in that closet with the water heater the plumbing and the flooring, I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing they're the best, thank you both Victor and jack for all your help, and I want to thank your boss too for helping me with the financing he was a really nice man. . You have a great company there, I can see why you've been in business for so long. And if I ever need any more plumbing done at my home or my family needs somebody to work on their plumbing at their home , I'm going to recommend them, " thanks again you guys" you're the best! 🙂👍

The team of Jack, Nick, and Aaron did a fantastic job! They were very professional, extremely polite and considerate. They wanted to make sure my Mother’s Day would be enjoyable and included running water, which they did! They were able to finish the job in one Saturday. Victor was right about his team being great! Thank you guys for a great job and getting done quickly!

Jeston was a very polite and informative gentleman. He arrived on time. he answered all my questions. He explained everything very well and taught me more about my home things I didn’t know about. Great job Don thank you 😊
