Has to come back after purchasing a tool needed to fix the issue so waiting for him to call and set up another time to fix the issue. He explained everything and I have no complaints. Will be glad when fixed. Too pricey but will pay when job is completed. Did rearrange some services so more friendly to a senior's budget.
Nick was incredibly helpful. He helped us to understand our situation with a sewage back up and our options. He took the time to make sure we understood who we needed to find to fix it with special equipment, pricing to expect, and what our paths forward are. Nice, friendly, polite, repairman. Replaced 4-6 in. piece of copper waterline pipe with barely visible "pinhole" leak. He was here about an hour. Price $711.00. I thought that was a bit high, but it's really my first experience with a plumber, so not sure???
I’ve been using Ben Franklin for many years for small plumbing repairs to larger jobs that take a lot of time, and the service has always been excellent. They arrive on time, and always let me know when they’re on the way. Nick was sent to my house with my last repair and replacement and did fantastic work. This visit he gave me a quote and explained everything that needed to be done. He is very friendly, communicative and honest and I really appreciate that- especially with repairs on an old home. I highly recommend Ben Franklin to anyone who needs a repair at a reasonable cost and time frame
