Has to come back after purchasing a tool needed to fix the issue so waiting for him to call and set up another time to fix the issue. He explained everything and I have no complaints. Will be glad when fixed. Too pricey but will pay when job is completed. Did rearrange some services so more friendly to a senior's budget.

Nice, friendly, polite, repairman. Replaced 4-6 in. piece of copper waterline pipe with barely visible "pinhole" leak. He was here about an hour. Price $711.00. I thought that was a bit high, but it's really my first experience with a plumber, so not sure???

Nick Alleman is a fantastic service tech, great communications, courteous and eager to please and work with the customer to help with pricing while still making a win-win sale on a top rated Bradford-White hot water heater. Looking forward to it being installed soon! Nick discussed pricing with BJ Plumbing owner and was allowed to adjust/discount their price to such a good price, I easily decided to agree to purchase the water heater thru them as it is rated as light-commercial for residential use, highly durable and ratingers say it will last many years beyond it's warranty. So far am very pleased and excited about this outcome.
