Nice, friendly, polite, repairman. Replaced 4-6 in. piece of copper waterline pipe with barely visible "pinhole" leak. He was here about an hour. Price $711.00. I thought that was a bit high, but it's really my first experience with a plumber, so not sure???

They arrive on time, and always let me know when they’re on the way. Nick was sent to my house with my last repair and replacement and did fantastic work. This visit he gave me a quote and explained everything that needed to be done. He is very friendly, communicative and honest and I really appreciate that- especially with repairs on an old home. Repair person Nate arrived promptly to diagnose the issue, and although the repair proved more complex than initially expected, he handled it thoroughly. I feel confident that our system is now functioning properly. I especially appreciated the detailed explanations regarding the operation of the hot water tank and water softener. This information will be very helpful in maintaining the system. Nate was very careful with removal and installation of large items. Nothing beats someone cleaning up after themselves!!
