Adam was amazingly helpful, taking the time to figure out what the cause of my water damage was and to recommend a few options. He did not try and nickel and dime me but gave me an honest breakdown of options and how much each would cost me. He also spent time after our appointment explaining some other unrelated plumbing questions I had which he did not have to do. Couldn’t be happier and I’ll be saving his contact info and calling him again in future.

I live in Sun City and was in need of a plumber but not in an emergency situation. I tried calling a couple but Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great. They responded quickly after my call and sent Adam to review my request. He gave me some great ideas and sent me an estimate so we could move forward. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. i definitely will be using them for my service needs.

Jason was polite, thorough, and professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote. We would recommend Jason for any plumbing job. The service fee is more reasonable than others. The only issue we have is the wait when calling the office to make an appointment.
