This company was amazing from start to finish! My water heater started leaking Saturday evening, and unfortunately, it’s located in my attic. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and they were able to come out the next day to give me a free quote. Diego was the technician who came out, and he showed me exactly where the leaks were and explained what needed to be done moving forward. He gave me a fair price, and as a woman who didn’t know much about what was needed, I didn't feel taken advantage of whatsoever. The next day Caleb Griffith came out with his team and explained everything they would be doing. They spent hours installing a completely new water heater, expansion tank (which I didn't have for the old water heater), and a new pan in an attic on the second floor with horrible access and barely any room to work. They even had to cut down the old water heater to remove it because it was too large to get through the attic door. Despite the difficult working conditions, they made sure everything was done properly and went above and beyond to get the job done. I also really appreciated how careful they were with my home. They covered all the floors, including the stairs, before moving any equipment or materials, and they cleaned up everything when they were finished. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the entire experience. From the initial quote to the completed installation, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice. I have already let friends, family and coworkers know about the wonderful experience I had.
I received excellent plumbing service from start to finish. Lauren, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. The work was completed efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. I appreciated the attention to detail and the respect shown for my home. Adam was the most helpful plumber I have ever dealt with, especially when it came to explaining current and future regulations regarding hot water tank options. After an emergency in my home, he made the situation much less stressful with his thorough work and explanations.

I needed our garbage disposal drain unclogged. A technician was here in less than two hours. Diego was phenomenal! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and he cleaned up the sink and under the cabinet. He did a great job.
