I received excellent plumbing service from start to finish. Lauren, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. The work was completed efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. I appreciated the attention to detail and the respect shown for my home. The time was short and quick from my telephone call for help to David S. arriving to evaluate trouble and make needed repairs after receiving my approval of the estimated repair cost. When all finished David was thorough and meticulous cleaning up after his work. His years of experience, plus his professionalism, helped us know we were with a good company.
Smoooth install of new kitchen faucet set. Mykola was our tech and was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the removal of the old set and full installation of the new set quickly and efficiently. He arrived as scheduled and the new faucet and accessories look great. Thank you team Ben Franklin!!
