I had an incredible service with Cody Ferguson today! Cody was very nice, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and competent. He took his time explaining everything that he was doing and was patient in responding to all my questions. He checked every single plumbing area in my house (i.e. sink, toilet, washer, etc.), and found a small leak under my bathroom sink. I felt extremely comfortable with Cody's work. Going forward, I only want Cody to be my go-to person for any plumbing needs. I would highly recommend Cody Ferguson for any or all of your home plumbing related needs! He is absolutely AMAZING!!!
I called with kitchen plumbing issue at 7:00 am and plummer was here by 8:15! Michael E. was such a great help. He knew his trade, explained the issue and took care of it. I was very impressed with him and pleased of the work. Would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.
I had an excellent experience with Travis! He was prompt, very professional and knowledgeable about my plumbing concerns. My water pressure was very low. He found a busted line in the crawl space. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me why i was having these issues in a way that I could understand. He answered my questions about my water softener as well.
