We had a big problem happen where one technician did our estimate, and a different tech came to do the install. The tech doing the install did not understand what the estimate/work was going to be covering and thus we ended up extremely unhappy with his work. However Mike England, the tech that did our estimate, was in touch next-day and explained that the work was indeed not as it was supposed to be and informed me that he had already started the process to have a new tech, Will Elliot, come out to fix our situation. Will fixed everything and explained what it was he had done. He was very professional and did an awesome job. Mike also has been extremely professional throughout this experience and has worked hard to make sure that our situation was fixed and that we were happy with the work. I’ll include a picture of what it ended up looking like and while it is unorthodox, it is functional and makes my life easier in the event of a leak because I will no longer have to take the wall apart to reach the shutoffs. I am only giving a 4-star because of the problems that came up but as for Mike and Will they are 5-star, grade-A technicians.
Smoooth install of new kitchen faucet set. Mykola was our tech and was a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the removal of the old set and full installation of the new set quickly and efficiently. He arrived as scheduled and the new faucet and accessories look great. Thank you team Ben Franklin!!
If you need a plumber who actually knows what they’re doing, call Tristan Gobert. I recently had a bad experience with another company, but Tristan came in, fixed the pipes properly, and explained everything clearly. He also took the time to do water testing, which was eye-opening. Reliable, expert service!
