Trey Tolleson
Trey Tolleson is a decorated U.S. Army veteran, accomplished business owner, and proven leader with a track record of success spanning military service and entrepreneurship. During his military career, Trey served honorably during Operation Desert Storm and graduated at the top of his class from the Army's Primary Leadership Development Course, an intensive 30-day leadership program designed to develop future leaders. He went on to excel in numerous leadership and management positions, earning recognition for his ability to lead teams, solve problems, and deliver results under pressure.
Following his military service, Trey founded and operated Tolleson Audio Visual for more than 15 years, building and managing a successful business while developing expertise in operations, customer service, sales, and organizational leadership. Today, while new to the plumbing industry, he brings decades of experience in business ownership, team leadership, and strategic growth to his work.
Outside of his professional life, Trey enjoys traveling, offshore fishing, and attending live country music events with friends. He is the proud father of a daughter who lives in Los Angeles and spends much of his free time with his energetic one-year-old Doberman puppy.
Trey's leadership philosophy is rooted in integrity, accountability, and service—values shaped by his military background and strengthened through years of entrepreneurship and business management.

Joseph de Freitas was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago before moving to Abilene, Texas, at the age of 16. He spent 10 years working on a dairy farm, where he developed a strong work ethic and dedication to hard work. Wanting to pursue new opportunities and build a better future, Joseph transitioned into the plumbing industry.
He began his plumbing career with TNT Plumbing, where he worked for three years before accepting a position with Black Plumbing. During his six years there, he continued to grow his skills and experience in the trade. Eventually, Joseph decided to relocate from Abilene to the Houston area to be closer to family.
Today, he proudly serves customers as a plumber with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Baytown. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors. Most importantly, he values quality time with his family and enjoys relaxing at home whenever possible.
