Joe, and the rest of the Ben Franklin team, went above and beyond for my project. My 100 year-old house had a very unusual sewer set up, and when the main drain pipe collapsed, Joe helped my neighbor and me navigate a super complicated situation. He was available throughout the process, answered all our questions, and went out of his way to make sure we got the best price and the best solution. He treated us like people, not customers, and had our best interests at heart. When it came time to do the work, the team had to react to several unexpected issues that cropped up along the way. Matt was very professional, knowledgable, polite and helpful. We enjoyed having him install our water heater.
