Brent came in and assessed the old water heater leak at bottom of unit not repairable, base area all corroded. Gave replacements options and we signed on the spot for him to install new water heater. He went over whole process and then went to work. Outstanding job. From start on inspection to completion only 2 1/2 hrs. Wore boot slips on boots, rolled out runners on carpet, hauled old heater out and cleaned up then reviewed features on new water heater. A very nice gentleman. They recently came out to assess our water heater and water softener, and their professionalism and expertise were immediately evident. What really impressed us was how thoroughly they investigated the salt bridge and couple of minor leaks we’d noticed.
